Ellen is absolutely the best realtor we have ever dealt with. We decided to sell our place in AZ in June. We are Canadian and have really never dealt with real estate in the US. We knew nothing about real estate laws and Ellen walked us through it all she is very educated, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She listed our place in June (right in the middle of Covid and the borders being closed). First off, Ellen is the best! We are Canadians living in AZ for six months of the year. This year we left early and in a hurry to return to Canada because of Covid.
